RETURNS POLICY:

Damaged/Faulty item received?

We take immense pride to ensure all garments are premium quality. If you are concerned with a faulty or damaged item, please get in contact via email at info@sistersthelabel.com so we can immediately resolve the issue for you with a replacement or we can send this away to be mended!

 

How to request returns?

It's really simple & easy! Get in contact at info@sistersthelabel.com so we can help you.  We do not cover return shipping costs and take no responsibility for loss of garments being returned. We recommend registered post service to return garments and keep a record of tracking details.

 

 

Do you offer returns for items purchased during SALE?

No, we offer lowest prices to clear out final stock. We do not accept returns for final sale items for any reason including but not limited to: incorrect fit; change of mind; or if item has arrived too late for your event. If you would like to check measurements or just try on please email us prior to purchasing in the sale. During Sale periods our email replies can slow down due to a higher volume of emails received. If your item is faulty please let us know immediately so we can resolve this with a replacement or a mend with our team at our expense. 

 

Do you accept returns?

YES. We accept returns for any reason (even if you change your mind) as long as they meet the basic requirements below. Please note that this does not include final sale items.

 

What are the conditions of return?

We will refund your purchase amount as long as your item is returned

  • in the original condition that we sent it to you in;
  • unworn and unwashed;
  • was not purchased as a final sale item;
  • tags and all packaging in tact;
  • no signs of wear (including but not limited to make up, perfume, fake tan or deodorant);
  • is returned to our address within 14 days of delivery (this is 14 days from date that your parcel was scanned "delivered" to the date that you officially send your parcel (e.g. the date it is officially stamped by your postal service as sent or scanned as sent). 

 

How easy is it to request a return?

Very easy! Simply email us at info@sistersthelabel.com that you would like to return your item.

 

How long do I have to return my item?

Sisters The Label will accept returns as long as it is sent within 14 days of delivery.  Please note that this is 14 days from date that your parcel was scanned "delivered" to your address until the date that you officially send your parcel.  The date your parcel is sent is checked by the official postal stamp and/or tracking number online. 

  

How will you return the money?

Your refund will be returned in the same way you made payment i.e. Paypal or visa card.

 

How long does it take for the money to return to my account?

When we receive the item and successfully check that it is in original condition as stated above we will commence your refund and send you an email to let you know. The refund may take a few days or more from the date it is received and checked, depending on the systems and the banks. 

  

What about the shipping costs? 

We do not charge initial shipping costs so you will only be paying for the return shipping cost. We do not cover return shipping costs and take no responsibility for loss of garments being returned. We recommend registered post service to return garments and keep a record of tracking details.
