Do you ship Australian Express Post FREE?

YES. All Australian orders are FREE Express Post with signature on delivery.


Can I have my order posted overnight?

YES, for any address in the Australia Post Next Day delivery network your orders place Monday-Thursday before 12:00pm AEST will arrive between 7am and 5pm the next day. 

If you are unsure if your address is within the Australia Post Next Day delivery network please check your state and postcode by clicking here. If your address is outside the network it will not be overnight but it will be the fastest delivery option available.

All items on PRE ORDER are not dispatched immediately. PRE ORDER items are dispatched on the date which will be stated written in red below the ADD TO CART button on the item page. If your order is PRE ORDER and your item is restocked earlier than expected we will dispatch your order earlier. You will receive an email from us on the date your PRE ORDER item is dispatched.


Can I sign for my parcel to ensure it is safe?

YES. A signature on delivery will be required on all parcels to ensure safety of your parcel. If you are not at home at the time of delivery a calling card will be left to collect at a selected Australia Post Office.


If I order more than one item will it still be FREE shipping?

Yes. All postage in Australia is FREE. [In cases where we are unable to deliver all the products within your order at the same time, or where there are multiple boxes within your consignment, the separate boxes may be delivered in separate parcels at no further cost].


Delivery Confirmation and Contact Details

Tracking details for your order will be included in your shipping email. This is sent before 5pm on the day of dispatch. Registered customers will also be able to locate these details from within their account area once dispatch has been confirmed.  For some countries tracking is not available. Is international shipping FREE?  

YES. Free international shipping is available worldwide (except Monaco).


How long does shipping take?  

To USA, UK, New Zealand we currently ship Express International 2-5 business days FREE.

To all other countries 3-10 business days from date of dispatch. [NOTE: Occasionally delays from your local authorities can occur to clear the parcel through customs. Please ensure you order with a day or two to spare as this is rare but it does happen from time to time].


Can I get International Express Shipping?  

YES. International Express Shipping is available to selected countries for an extra cost - on the final page of check out you will have an option of Express if it is available to your address. International Express Shipping is non refundable. 

USA, UK and New Zealand get FREE International Express Shipping.

Even if you pay for Express shipping there can be delays with customs and events beyond our control such as severe weather. This is out of our control and does happen occasionally - please be aware of this and allow for delays. Sisters The Label does not hold responsibility for the posting times.


How long does International Express Shipping Take?  

2-5 business days to most major cities from date of dispatch. [NOTE: Occasionally delays from your local authorities can occur to clear the parcel through customs - if this occurs it is out of our control we do not accept liability. If your parcel arrives after your event and you wish to return you must refuse service of the parcel to avoid return costs]. 


Where is my tracking number?  

When your parcel is dispatched we will send you a notification email with your tracking number and a link to view your parcel (online tracking service is not available to all countries).

Do you deliver to Slovakia?

Yes. However due to Slovakia's Postal system having errors with missing post we do not guarantee delivery to Slovakia. Buyers from Slovakia purchase at own risk. We do not cover costs for postage or items that go missing due to fault of the local postage companies. 


No Local Postal Service Days (Australian):

Friday 1 January; Tuesday 26 January; Friday 25 March; Saturday 26 March; Monday 28 March; Monday 25 April;  Monday 2 May4; Wednesday 10 August; Monday 3 October; Sunday 25 December; Monday 26 December; Tuesday 27 December

These dates are local or public holidays where no postal service is available. If your order has been placed on one of these days you can expect the delivery to arrive 1 public day later for each day.

Australia Local Post operates Monday - Friday. All standard orders placed after 11am on Friday through to 11am the following Monday will be dispatched on the Monday.
