Is international express shipping FREE?
YES. We offer free EXPRESS international shipping worldwide (excluding Monaco + Ireland).
How long does shipping take?
To most major cities international express takes approximately 4-12 days to arrive from date of dispatch. Some countries are faster and some are slower. To find out the expected delivery time frame for your country simply enter your address at the checkout to see your shipping options which will display timeframes.

Can I get International Express Shipping?
YES. International Express Shipping is available to all countries free of charge (except Monaco + Ireland). If your shipping is not available at checkout there may be a temporary hold on parcels to your country. If you are shipping to UK we only send orders above AU$240 (GBP 135).
How long does International Express Shipping Take?

How long does dispatch take from placing my order?
Our postal system operates Monday - Friday.
Monday- Friday orders processed before 11:00am AEST will be shipped same day. All orders after this time will be dispatched the next business day. All orders processed after 10am AEST on Friday through to 10am the following Monday will be dispatched on the Monday.
During Australian public holidays and local holidays dispatch date may be delayed by a business day per holiday. Holidays are listed at bottom of page.
During any of our FLASH SALE periods dispatch dates may take up to 4 business days.
Where is my tracking number?
When your parcel is dispatched we will send you a notification email with your tracking number and a link to view your parcel (online tracking service is available to most countries).
Most international orders can be viewed with two different websites - Australia Post and your local postal website. The same tracking number will work on both websites. The tracking updates may only start in your local website after it has scanned through customs in your country.
USA tracking can be viewed on USPS site.
UK tracking can be viewed on ParcelForce site.

All orders arrive packaged in a Sisters The Label box which is suitable for gift giving.
Do you deliver to Slovakia?
Yes. However due to Slovakia's Postal system having errors with missing post we do not guarantee delivery to Slovakia. Buyers from Slovakia purchase at own risk. We do not cover costs for postage or items that go missing to Slovakia due to fault of the local postage companies.

Do you ship Australian Express Post FREE?
YES. All Australian orders are FREE Express Post with signature on delivery.
Can I have my order posted overnight?
YES, for any address in the Australia Post Next Day delivery network your orders place Monday-Thursday before 10:00am AEST will arrive between 7am and 5pm the next day. Please note due to COVID Delays this service is no longer next day delivery and can take up to 3 business days to Melbourne, Sydney and Brisbane.
If you are unsure if your address is within the Australia Post Next Day delivery network please check your state and postcode by clicking here. If your address is outside the network it will not be overnight but it will be the fastest delivery option available.

All items on PRE ORDER are not dispatched immediately. PRE ORDER items are dispatched on the date which will be stated written in red below the ADD TO CART button on the item page. If your order is PRE ORDER and your item is restocked earlier than expected we will dispatch your order earlier. You will receive an email from us on the date your PRE ORDER item is dispatched.
Can I sign for my parcel to ensure it is safe?
YES. A signature on delivery will be required on all parcels to ensure safety of your parcel. If you are not at home at the time of delivery a calling card will be left to collect securely at a selected Australia Post Office.

Delivery Confirmation and Contact Details
Tracking details for your order will be included in your shipping email. This is sent before 5pm on the day of dispatch. Registered customers will also be able to locate these details from within their account area once dispatch has been confirmed. For some countries tracking is not available. No Local Postal Service Days:
AusPost operates Monday - Friday. All standard orders placed after 10am on Friday through to 10am the following Monday will be dispatched on the Monday.

1 January; 26 January; 29 March - 1 April; 25 April; 6 May; 14 August; 7 October; 24-26 December.
These dates are local or public holidays where no postal service is available. If your order has been placed on one of these days you can expect the delivery to arrive 1 public day later for each day.
